Miss Halloran died on October 25, 1993 in Atlanta Georgia. She had been ill for some time and was 87 at the time of her death.

Miss Halloran was a retired teacher of 43 years in Metro Schools.

She graduated from St. Cecilla Academy and Vanderbilt. She was a long time member of the Nashville Chapter of the Ladies of Charity and a Communicant of the Cathedral of Incarnation Catholic Church. A memorial mass was held in Atlanta and private, graveside services in Nashville.
